This classic, no-frills beachfront cottage is ground level (a rarity on Alligator Point), sleeps up to 10 guests, and sits directly on the sandâno stairs, no dunes, just the Gulf at your doorstep.
Inside, the home offers four modest but comfortable queen bedrooms, two full baths (one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combo), and two twin daybeds in the sunroom for bonus sleeping space. At just under 1,700 square feet, the space is cozy but well laid out for families or small groups looking to reconnect and unwind.
The home is thoughtfully updated where it counts, with high-speed internet, TVs in every bedroom, a screened porch for catching the breeze, and practical touches like a fish-cleaning sink and an outdoor shower.
