Tiki House is a very unique yet awe-inspiring 3 bedroom - 2.5 bath house, that sits just feet from the beach, has been one of Alligator Point's most popular rentals. Waves, sunsets, sunrises, moon rises, fishing, shelling, watching the dolphins or simply relaxing can be enjoyed from the comfort of either the upper or lower decks. Both have furnished seating areas to aid in your conversations and relaxations. Just off the lower deck and a few steps down the boardwalk, you are on the beach to experience all that Alligator Point has to offer! The half bath and a separate hot/cold shower are available at ground level for ultra convenience. You'll love the outdoor granite top bar-height railing and barstools where a morning cup-o-joe or the evening beverage can be enjoyed while gazing at the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the guest storeroom underneath, where you'll also find the half-bath and a charcoal grill for guest use. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, plenty of eating and cooking utensils. The stove is a glass-top electric unit. The 24" oven and microwave are built into the wall nearby. Check further for more kitchen details on the amenities page. Please note, this house has two security cameras that monitor the driveway/front steps and the back steps. Management does not monitor the camera videos. Video is used in case of policy violations and are deleted 72 hours after checkout.

Everything we needed and in a perfect location. It was so nice to be right on the beach and to be able to bring our whole family which includes our dog. We enjoyed everything about Tiki House and are already looking for dates to return.

My family and I had a great time here. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. We brought our dogs and we all enjoyed the beach right off the back porch. The location is really nice and quiet and we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises everyday. The host was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

The house was just as described if not better the area was beautiful there was so much to do in the local area and community everyone down there was extremely nice we met some people who lived just down the beach that were extremely friendly and welcoming this by far was one of the best experiences our family has had we hope we get the opportunity to come back again.

Great location!

Loved that the beach was right there!!! Loved that there was very few people around, our private beach. Great place to stay for the week. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Loved sitting on the back deck furniture listening to the waves. I might of took a few naps, lol!! Awesome views! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We have someone in every bed and one on the couch and we still have plenty of space to be comfortable and relax. Great great private uncrowded beachfront home.

Our stay at Tiki House was just perfect! The house is well equipped with everything you need: plenty of towels/washcloths, extra bedding/blankets, every kitchen utensil imaginable, and several beach chairs and sand toys. The locals take pride in ensuring the beach is safe for all wildlife, so the beach is clean and well cared for. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, sea turtles, crabs, and sting rays! Oh and there were SO many seashells to collect! We shore fished and caught a few catfish. We also went crabbing and fishing at the nearby state park. The fishing pier there was so nice and well maintained. Having the beach right outside your back door is so nice when you have littles in tow. The outdoor shower and downstairs bathroom were so convenient. We brought our own umbrella and tent, so I’m not sure if there any in the storage room. They did have plenty of charcoal and the grill was nice and clean. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! We will return!

When we first pulled up to the house, we were overwhelmed with the location. The pictures do not truly convey the beauty of the location. It appears in the photos on Verbo that the beach is a bit of a walk. Yet you walk out the back and your 30 paces away!!! Pure serenity. The area this time of year, beginning of Oct, is quite deserted. The beach was quiet and we only saw three couples on the beach our entire stay. Pet friendly is an understatement. The few people we met all had dogs and they all played and body surfed the gulf. I’m talking about the dogs still. Lol. The sunrises were beautiful and at night because there are no street lights or house lights left on due to the nature preserve, you could see every star ever created in the sky. The house is very well kept. Large wood cabinets, rustic leather couches, our king size bed was super comfortable and tv’s in every room and the back porch. That being said, if your going there to watch TV your missing all the beauty of the area. The peace. The quiet. Your a minimum of 40 mins away in any direction from a large town, but there’s a great restaurant, Angelo’s , which was amazing about 5 mins down the road. The house was immaculate and plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, dishes, ect for a full family or more. Great appliances, coffee maker, pots, pans, micro, oven, stove, bbq ect. The host responded almost immediately to any questions I had, and was quiet caring and informing with our stay. This place is a must do.

Great Property Owner

We very much so enjoyed our stay at the Tiki House in Alligator Point. We made some great memories with our friends and our daughters. Nice fishing opportunities on the beach as wel, as we managed to harvest a few Redfish during the trip as well! Russ made sure to proactively communicate with us and helped tell us about the area, where to go, and what to see. Thanks again Russ!

Remote and Tranquil

I loved the property! I have never stayed at a beach home where the beach was literally steps away from the home. I usually am exhausted by the time I am carrying my chair, umbrella, etc to the sand but convenience and proximity do not give this home justice. It was a breeze! I enjoyed the exclusiveness and how private it felt. We were able to relax and come home refreshed. I would definitely rent this home again.

Just the prettiest and most comfy beachside rental ever


Sadly our stay was only five nights long because I could, quite happily, have stayed another few weeks. The house was perfect for my husband, myself and my sister in law with two extremely pretty and super comfy bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, plenty of cupboard space and both with lots of windows & plenty of light. The kitchen is well equipped offering very nice tableware and cutlery, a keurig coffee machine, toaster, etc etc - we didn’t want for anything. The two sofas are lovely and comfortable and the recliner is perfect for an afternoon kip. The best part for us was the sea facing deck area with great furniture to relax in and four lovely high chairs with which we could lean on the granite bar top and watch all the sea life every day. You honestly will not be disappointed if you choose this property! We can’t wait to return!!!

Beach Get-a-way

Overall it was a great week. House was as described in listing. It was obvious that it may not be used as frequently as some other more popular destinations as a couple places in the house were very musty smelling. Had to wash pot/pans because some were put away dirty and we found mouse droppings in the lower cabinet. When we arrived there was no hand soaps in any of the bathrooms, it took 12 hours for a reply from owners but offered to have cleaning company bring some the next day- we had already ran to the dollar store for some. There was a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but had to make another store run for extra a couple days into the trip. Would have been nice to know the need so these things could have been added to our walmart grocery order. There were some cheap canvas chairs for the beach that were uncomfortable-wish we would have brought some from home. No other beach toys/items. The location was directly on the beach and you hardly saw anyone out on the beach! Major plus. This is a remote location so don’t expect to be able to go souvenir shopping- this disappointed some of the younger guests in our group. We ate at angelo’s seafood and it was very good but pricey. We took a day and rented a pontoon boat in Carabelle
. Very neat experience- highly recommend. We also went to the Gulf Marine Aquarium which the kids and adults alike enjoyed. Relaxing week that helped us get away from the stress and fast paced life at home! Expect to do nothing!!!

Great location and it was clean! Enjoyed the screen porch in the evenings. Fishing wasn’t that great this week but the pups sure did enjoy it! The host was a pleasure to work with and he went out of his way to accommodate us for our trip. Thank you again, Russ! :-)

Overall, the house was great. The host was very accommodating when we had asked to check in early however we were unable to use the dishwasher due to the dishwasher having black mold in it. Make sure you bring bug spray because the biting flies are crazy. Be aware the water is always murky, not very inviting to swim in.

You cannot get any closer to the water!

Tiki House is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking to unplug from daily life. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The home is very comfortable from the beds to the furniture. The outdoor living area was our favorite part and the seating area under the house is practically on the beach with an incredible view. The beach head bathroom is very convenient too. Our ONLY suggestion would be improved cookware and everyday drinkware in the kitchen.Our kids enjoyed the vast selection of DVD's as well as the game table. The sunsets here are stellar! We found a few great shells as well as tons of sea glass. We would definitely consider staying at Tiki House in the future. Oh, and definitely check out the night sky. You will not be disappointed!

Quiet, clean beach stay

We loved this house at alligator point! The deck with the covered seating area felt like an additional room and it was really nice to be right on the water. Fabulous sunrise and sunsets! Hosts were very accommodating.
