The living and dining spaces feel gallery like, ideal for both intimate evenings and elegant entertaining, all framed by protected river, park, and skyline views.
An intimate collection of contemporary Tribeca loft residences defined by craftsmanship and discretion surrounds this designer home. German engineered glass, direct key locked elevator entry, remote motorized shades, and a twenty four hour attended lobby reflect a quietly luxurious lifestyle. Private outdoor spaces, available storage, and thoughtful details throughout create an atmosphere of effortless sophistication in one of Tribecaâs most coveted waterfront settings.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

This property requires a condo board application for all reservations, with approval taking up to 2â3 weeks. Bookings are also subject to owner approval and completion of a background check after reservation to confirm the stay.

Located in the heart of Tribeca, one of Manhattanâs most prestigious neighborhoods, this residence is surrounded by historic architecture, cobblestone streets, and refined city living. Just moments from Hudson River Park, guests can enjoy waterfront walks, bike paths, and sweeping sunset views. Tribeca is known for its world-class dining, boutique shopping, and cultural landmarks, offering a calm, residential atmosphere with easy access to SoHo, Hudson Square, and downtown Manhattan.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one monthâs rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
