The Space:

We are so glad you came across our home! This is a new listing, filled with so much to enjoy!



The house is very well equipped for entertaining large groups, especially for outdoor events!



There are multiple dinning room areas, including a covered outdoor patio, pergola style. You could potentially host breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors! For the kiddos or adults we also have a media room in the casita with a projector screen. As well as a Pool table, Ping pong table and outdoor poolside pavilion game room that is 1300 sq. ft!

Lower level of casita has movie theater style reclining chairs and screen for streaming tv/movies via Chromecast app. There is a sink but no bathroom in the casita.

Fallbrook is known for its avocado groves and calls itself the "Avocado Capital of the World". In Fallbrook there are a lot of parks. Fallbrook is immediately east of the U.S. Marine Corps' Camp Pendleton. It’s home to many celebrities including Jason Mraz, musician, Tony Hawk, professional skateboarder, and Tom Selleck, actor.



Many families and young professionals live in Fallbrook and residents tend to have moderate political views making this town a warm and welcoming community.



Fallbrook is also known for its wineries. The territory and topography of the region creates an ideal microclimate for grapes that feature the optimal balance of sugar and acid levels …the foundation necessary for crafting rich, full-bodied and balanced wines. We are a dog friendly property! $250 flat fee for your furry friend to join you.



Pool/Spa heating is NOT included and fees vary by the month of your booking, please inquire about the rate for your stay!
