The Space:
Welcome to your private Carriage House retreat in the heart of Clarendon. This charming, light-filled home offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. With two cozy bedrooms (Queen + Double), a full kitchen, elegant living area, indoor workspace, and an inviting outdoor patio, this space is ideal for couples, small families, business travelers, and extended stays.
Inside, enjoy thoughtfully designed interiors with large windows, natural light, and a warm modern aesthetic. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, and the living room provides a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring Arlington and Washington, D.C.
The home is set on a quiet residential lot yet surrounded by all the essentials: cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and the Clarendon Metro Station, offering everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have fully private access to the entire private 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath guest / carriage house - the Main home here at the same address however, is a separate and private home all on its own-- and is NOT part of this rental space. Guests will have access to the free street parking *ONLY*. Driveway parking is reserved for our main house tenants.

Clarendon is one of Arlingtonâs most charming and walkable neighborhoods â known for its tree-lined streets, welcoming community vibe, and the perfect balance between quiet residential living and lively urban energy. The area is filled with local cafĂ©s, boutique shops, restaurants, fitness studios, and neighborhood favorites like Trader Joeâs and Whole Foods.
Parks such as Zitkala-Sa Park (just 2 blocks away), and Lyon Park (4 blocks away). add to the charm with green spaces, playgrounds, and recreational areas. Clarendonâs mix of historic character, friendly sidewalks, and modern conveniences makes it one of the most sought-after areas in Northern Virginia.
