Conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the Virginia Square metro (with easy access to all that Washington DC has to offer!), Clarendon, and Ballston shops, as well as vibrant nightlife, this enchanting abode offers the best of both worlds: a serene sanctuary and city excitement, all in one. Cottage was a wonderful home away from home, the cottage was adorable as were the gardens and location, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay - absolutely delightful!

Not only is the property immaculate, but it's charming and situated in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners ensured everything one might need is available, and the decor is spotless and lovely.The hosts were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return. This is a true hidden gem in the Washington area. Every detail has been thought of! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the metro is a 14-minute walk away. There are nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity.Highly recommended for a visit to Washington! I am also happy to provide further details if desired.Host Geneva is very easy to contact and made is feel home! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Peaceful and beautiful

We stayed for the night for the cherry blossom and kite festival. The area is so cute and a short walk or drive to any of the local restaurants, shops, monuments, or events going on in the area. Thank you so much for the hospitality. The stay waswaswawonderful and the perfefelthome.

Beautiful cottage in a fabulous neighborhood

Great stay! The cottage was adorable, modern, and very clean and comfortable. It was more spacious than I imagined and is located in the heart of Arlington. It sits on one of the most quiet streets in the neighborhood, despite being walking distance to Clarendon/Ballston restaurants and multiple metro stops. I'm thrilled that I found this hidden gem and plan to stay there for future trips to the area.
