Towel Service Please note that our property is part of the residences, not the resort. For this reason, we provide a standard set of towels per reservation. Unlike the hotel side, which refreshes towels daily since they donât have washers and dryers on site, the residences are equipped differently and do not follow the same daily towel service.
CONSTRUCTION NOISE NOTICE While we do our best to ensure a comfortable an enjoyable stay, please be aware that occasional construction, maintenance, or renovation work may take place with or without notice in or around the building or neighboring properties. These activities are outside of KJM Hospitalityâs control, and we cannot be held responsible for any noise or disruptions that may occur.
- EXCLUSIVE GUEST ACCESS: Guests have (pay-for-use) access to all spa facilities, restaurants, bars, and the lobby coffee shop. Of course, you may enjoy complimentary beach access, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and all pool areas. Additionally, there is a resident exercise room for your use, and you may also enjoy any fitness class that is offered by the resort by going online to amritoceancom and selecting the âfitness schedule.â No appointment is necessary. Simply proceed to the spa desk and let them know you would like to participate in a fitness class.
Resort Rules - Smoking is not permitted in the common areas or at the residential pool.
- Pets are not permitted in the residential pool area.
- Food and glass containers are not permitted at the residential pool.
- Dirty towels must be returned to the designated towel bin located by the pool attendant`s desk.
- All residents and guests are expected to pick up and properly dispose of any trash in the pool area.
- Trash bags may not be left in the hallways and must be properly disposed of in the designated trash chute.
- Residents are required to clean up after their pets at all times when using the dog-designated areas.
- For security and per HOA regulations we kindly ask that packages, suitcases are not delivered to the property before or during your stay. Unfortunately, weâre unable to guarantee their safety or hold items on your behalf. If you need to receive something while in town, we recommend using a nearby delivery locker, post office hold, or local pickup location.
