House layout: First Level--One king bedroom with full bath, rec room with foosball table, pull out queen size sofa, and soundfront deck access. Second Level--Kitchen, great room with shuffleboard table, fireplace and covered deck access, powder room. Third Level--Soundfront master with king bed and ensuite bath, private access to soundfront covered deck. A second king bedroom and third queen bedroom plus twin bunk beds (three beds in this room), shared hall bath, laundry room and private east facing covered deck on this level also.

We provide sheet and towel service (one towel set per guest) EXCLUDING beach towels. All bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds in the bedrooms will be made with sheets, pillowcases and quilts upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms. There are extra blankets that are provided in the closets. There is also a full-size laundry room for your use on the third floor; we do not provide laundry detergent or cleaning supplies.

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
