La Verkin, Utah is a charming small town located just about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. It offers the perfect balance of quiet, small-town living while still having convenient essentials nearby. In town, you’ll find a grocery store, a couple of gas stations, and an excellent local coffee shop.

We’re right next to Hurricane, where you’ll find a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants, and additional shopping options. If you’re looking for even more dining, entertainment, or services, St. George is just about 25 minutes away.

This is an ideal home base for exploring Southern Utah’s incredible landscapes, including:

-No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue
-No pets allowed
-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 10 guests
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
