Saint George thÚme multi-couleur peint et meublé la maison. Nouveau tapis installé en avril 2018! Trois garage et extérieur supplémentaire sur le parking de la propriété pour bateau ou RV. avant et arriÚre-cour nouvellement aménagé. Piscine chauffée à environ 85 degrés, bain à remous et sur la plage de protection de la propriété.

La chambre principale / salle de bain est plus salle de taille avec lit king, plafond voĂ»tĂ©, 52 pouces HD TV Ă©cran plat, vĂ©lo d'exercice, 2 walk-in tĂȘte de douche, bain Ă  remous, 2 lavabos / miroirs.

Chambre d'hĂŽtes dispose d'un lit king-size, un grand espace de pop out (parfait pour berceau de Voyage), plafond, salle de bain complĂšte voĂ»tĂ©e avec douche et petit placard de plain-pied. Deux autres chambres avec lits queen. CinquiĂšme chambre avec grand canapĂ©-lit et 50 'TV pour les films et les systĂšmes de jeu. Toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux matelas trĂšs confortable (mĂȘme les paresseux garçon canapĂ©-lits) et un ventilateur de plafond.

Cuisine complÚte avec un nouveau réfrigérateur, comptoirs en granit, de grandes salle à manger siÚges séparés 8, 5 siÚges de bar, des comptoirs en granit avec barre centrale, 2 lavabos, et deux fours, l'un convectional l'autre gaz.

Salon double d'une ambiance salle de théùtre sonore nouvellement installé. 60 en HD TV à écran plat. Au cours de canapé de conversation moyenne et 2 inclinables.

Paul was very helpful and easy to work with! We very much enjoyed our experience at this property! The pool and hot tub were much enjoyed by young and old alike! We felt fortunate to land this booking over Thanksgiving! And the beds were great. I would recommend a knife sharpener be added to the kitchen and a food thermometer. And a night stand on the right side of the bed in the turquiose room with a lamp, for us nightime readers! And, please consider adding some more towels for the bathrooms. We had to do several loads of towel washing ...there were 15 of us staying at the home. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay! It was delightful! Terri

Lovely home with all the comforts. We had 10 adults and 3 small children. The sleeping mats for the kids worked great! The owners were fantastic to work with. We were able to get in last minute because of a problem with another VRBO booking we had. The owners responded quickly, were very gracious and made sure we were taken care of. Our family loved the pool and splash pad. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Such a wonderful stay for our entire family. Pool and Hot Tub was such an extremely awesome addition. We didn’t use the splash pad because it was freezing cold water.

We stayed here for spring break, the house was spacious and very clean, my kids lived in the pool and loved the splash pad as well. I would reccomend!

Great place and location

We had a wonderful time at Paul’s home and had everything we needed. We did have a few hiccups like the house not being clean when we arrived and had issues with the pool and spa not working when we arrived. We contacted Paul and he had the cleaners there within a few minutes but had to wait for the house to be cleaned. We also noticed one of the beds didn’t have sheets on it and had to dig around the find some that would fit. We had multiple calls and texts to the pool guy to get the pool to heat. But, all in all we had a great time. Paul was very responsive.

Great house for family vacation

Spacious house with large pool and hot tub. Pool is heated sufficiently for use during winter months. House is well stocked with 85” flat screen in Family room. Clean and comfortable

“Perfect Retreat for a Group – Spacious, Private, and Ideal for Entertaining!”

Four of us middle-aged guys came to St. George for our annual golf trip, and this house was spot on for what we needed. It was super clean, had plenty of space, and felt like home right away. After our rounds, we’d kick back in the pool and hot tub, then hang out in the kitchen and entertainment area—it became our go-to spot for relaxing. The layout gave each of us plenty of privacy, which we really appreciated, but the house could easily handle bigger groups or families, thanks to how the rooms are spread out and the fun outdoor features like the pool and sprinklers. We’re not a big crew, just four guys who like a bit of space, and it worked out perfectly for us. Communication with the owner was straightforward, and they made sure everything was clear and taken care of. We loved St. George so much we’re already planning a return trip—and this house will be at the top of our list!

This house is incredible! Plenty of room for all of our kids and grandkids. The pool and splash pad were a huge hit! It was exactly what we were hoping for. Very well stocked and the hosts are wonderful. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

Great choice for a vacation rental

This is a great place to stay at for a quick getaway! Half of our group arrived at 4pm which was our check in time. When our family first arrived housekeeping was still cleaning at 4pm. They finished cleaning the home around 4:30. This was the only hiccup we experienced during our visit. When we were finally able to go in the home we were astonished by the size of the rooms and all the amenities of the home. The majority of our stay we spent inside the pool. The splash pad was a neat addition but surprisingly our kids did not use it as much as I thought they would. One our second day we used the mister system to stay cool in the morning while laying out by the pool. At night we heated the jacuzzi. The host had board games by the tv console in the living room unfortunately we did not see them until our last day. The dinning area was large and accommodated our family nicely. The kitchen had everything practical that you may need for your stay. There were plenty of towels and blankets for our large group. We had an amazing time! The added bonus was that the home was about an hour away from Zion national park. Highly recommend staying here!

Dream facility vacation

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Close to Zion, Costco, restaurants, and access to St George. The property has awesome hosts who communicate quickly via email or phone. The home is well laid out with 5 bedrooms, baths, dining room. The kitchen is stocked with cooking & eating utensils.The kitchen and pantry are easy to find things as they have labels where items go.It was very clean & stocked with supplies. We loved private , slide, splash pad, hot tub , patios and always available!! Would love to go back & highly recommend!

Our family had a great time at this property. The pool and splash pad were a great way to cool off. Paul was very helpful and responsive during our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with great views and in a great location.

Great Stay

The house was roomy and clean. The owner (Paul) was very responsive with communicating via text and phone call. The only complaint we had was that the pool gets too hot to get into during hot summer days so we had to uncover the pool and run the pool features overnight and wait for the pool to cool down enough for us to get in the next day. Overall we had a great stay.
