Welcome to Nordhaven, a thoughtfully designed retreat that blends comfort, entertainment, and effortless island living. Perfect for families, couples traveling together, or multi-generational getaways, this spacious Eastsound home offers room to connect while still providing plenty of privacy.

The bright, open-concept living area is the heart of the home, featuring radiant heated floors, a cozy gas fireplace, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and everything needed to prepare memorable meals after a day of island adventures.

Two private ensuite bedrooms create a comfortable retreat for couples, while the versatile bonus room is a favorite for families. Equipped with a large-screen TV, Xbox gaming system, and Amazon Luna access, it's the perfect place for movie nights, rainy-day entertainment, or giving kids their own space to unwind. The room easily transforms into additional sleeping accommodations with a Murphy bed and pull-down bed, making it ideal for children, teens, or extra guests.

Outside, the fun continues. Soak under the stars in the private hot tub, gather around the firepit for s'mores and stories, fire up the BBQ for dinner, or enjoy meals together in the outdoor dining area. Guests also have access to kayaks, beach gear, a large fenced backyard for kids to play, and a shady front yard perfect for relaxing with a book.

One of Nordhaven's most unique advantages is its location. A short stroll leads to a private community beach and pickleball courts, while Eastsound's shops, restaurants, and waterfront are close enough for active guests to enjoy without needing to drive everywhere.

Nordhaven was more than we could hope for for a relaxing, comfortable and fun stay. Our family of four had room the spread and lounge, cook yummy meals together, watch family movies, take walks to the sweet little beach and see sea lions, porpoises and a bald eagle, and even a longish walk into town. It was the perfect jumping off point for all the adventures that Orcas Island has to offer. The hot tub heater stopped working but the manager sent someone out within 10 minutes of my text and all was well again! Thank you for the beautifully cozy beds and property! We hope to return someday!

The fluid layout features multiple common areas equipped with smart TVs and seating for 8. For the culinary-minded, the chef's kitchen is a delight, outfitted with high-end appliances and premium cookware. Crucially, the floor plan prioritizes retreat-style privacy, gifting both bedrooms with pristine en-suite bathrooms including a cold plunge. My husband and I planned a special trip to Orcas to celebrate our 47th anniversary but unfortunately the home we originally booked flooded and at the last minute we had to find an alternative. From the very first contact, Kristin was warm, friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with flowers, chocolate and a gift card to the local bakery. The home was warm and welcoming. Kristin has thought of everything from first aid kits, to flashlights, night lights, bedside phone chargers, noise machines, games, cards, books, even a blue tooth speaker. The media room is perfect for gaming or watching tv. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. The living room is warm and cozy with the gas fireplace and big, cozy recliners. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a special treat. We used the jacuzzi every night. Kristin is the best host. She was very responsive. Kristin encouraged feedback on anything that would make our stay more comfortable. Perfect place for two couples or a family. Can’t wait to return to this home away from home.
