Whimsical and cozy cottage on a homestead in the North Cascades

Your North Cascades adventure begins at this adorable 1-bedroom cottage in the forest. Inside, you'll find a cozy queen bed perfect for restful nights. Additionally, the living room offers extra sleeping options with a twin bed and a sofa bed, making it easy to host the whole family and/or friends. Starlink is available for great internet connection, but the board games and books all around are begging you to unplug. Further in the unit, a pleasant full bathroom includes all the sundries you may want to amend what you may have forgotten to pack. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this terrific cottage provides a comfortable and inviting space.

Bonus features! Adjacent to the tree swing out front, there is a fire pit/BBQ for cooking and gathering around. Wood is stocked by the cabin. A stream surrounds half of our parcel. Go dip your toes in! Up the initial driveway and to the left, there is a private hiking trail on an abandoned logging road. It is great for easy access berry picking in the Summer.

I will add that this is an active homestead with my partner and I on the property. Your cottage connects to the main home by one locked door. We do not overlap, nor do we share any of the previously mentioned spaces.

Organically grown seasonal goods are available! Pick your own and garden tours available for a small donation. Come say, "hi!" to our chickens! They will love your table scraps. :) Our place will hopefully help you feel at home while you're traveling around these vast woods. May you get a break from society and heal.
