Your worries will melt away the minute you step into this charming two-bedroom, two-bath hideaway at the popular Pier View Oceanfront Condominiums in South Nags Head. Top-floor privacy and stunning ocean views from every door and window make you feel like you’ve stolen away to a cottage by the sea. You can see the waves from each bed before your feet even hit the floor! Spacious, functional living areas feature coastal décor that matches the sights and sounds of the waves. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine right outside the front door. Have dinner and drinks on the large private back balcony, which spans both the living room and primary bedroom, as you watch the waves and marvel in the beautiful afterglow of the sunset.

Just load your luggage and groceries onto the convenient cargo lift on the side of the building, which stops right outside your front door, and your vacation has begun. With direct beach access, you’re just steps away from getting your toes in the sand or cooling down in one of the two community pools. A large grassy area and pirate ship playground await the young at heart, and a courtyard with grills and picnic tables sits right next to the building for your convenience.

Perfectly located at Milepost 17, you’ll be close to all necessary conveniences but far enough to experience the uncrowded, relaxed island way of life. This area also features wide sidewalks for walking or biking to explore one of the best parts of the Outer Banks.

Perfect layout/ and view
The unit was exactly like the photos, very nicely furnished and an ideal layout for us and our 17-year-old son. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. The community grill was very useful when we wanted to cook at home.
