This beautiful home situated on Hwy. 98 in Port St. Joe, sits directly across from the most relaxing beaches in Florida. Views of Cape San Blas and Shell Island as well as Sea Turtle Nesting areas all along the shore.
If you are looking to unwind and reenergize from the daily grind with the fur babies, this is the place for you. Large Master Bedroom (with King bed) with extra large Bathroom including copper tub and large walk in shower. With Two more bedrooms (one with a King bed, one with bunk beds including Queen and full beds) and extra sleeping arrangements in the living areas of the house, there is also room to stretch out for family game night, or just enjoying the views of Mexico Beach. The kitchen area is very spacious with extra seating area at the bar. Includes coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and cookware. There is a laundry room complete with washer and dryer.
The front porch is a wonderful peaceful place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the waves while you start your day with your morning coffee or to unwind from the long days at the beach, exploring Port St Joe, Mexico Beach, or Apalachicola (0yster capital of the world), relax from the hustle and bustle of every day life, or catch up on a book, this porch is amazing any time of day. The back porch has a built in Gas Grill with additional seating overlooking a fenced back yard so the pets can roam freely with plenty of room to explore.
High speed internet is available as well as TVs in 2 of the bedrooms and Living area. A large dining room for family night fresh seafood meals, pizza and puzzles or wine and fruit all while enjoying the views looking out through the open floor plan and large windows overlooking the water!
