This is a cute little place. Ideal for 2 people. The location is great with restaurants and entertainment within a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Great communication with the host.

We had a very nice stay in Peoria. The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we enjoyed our time there. The only minor inconvenience was that the ice maker was not working and there was no other way to make or access ice in the home. I would also suggest adding an iron and ironing board for guests, as that would be a helpful amenity, especially for longer stays or special occasions. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this property to others.

Cute little house that is convenient to everything. Walking trail within walking distance, along with shopping and restaurants. The owner provided everything that you might need. I would definitely rent again.

I had a lovely stay. The home was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a walk-in shower was one of the highlights for me. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. The only thing I missed was having basic tv. I’m not an app person and I would have liked to watch basic cable with local news and weather. Overall, I loved the property and would gladly reserve it again.

House was clean and simple. Kitchen provided the basics. Bath towels were provided. Linens were clean and bed was comfy. Appreciate the k cups and coffee in the morning. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. Driveway parking in a quiet neighborhood. Adequate space for two people. Local eating establishments within walking distance are adequate for lunch or dinner. Thanks for a wonderful stay and I’d definitely book again if in the Peoria area!

It’s hard to find a clean, reasonably priced rental that will allow dogs. I was so pleased we were able to find this one. The host was super accommodating and we had everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed in countless rentals and this was the first time we experienced a flawless check in. The house is in an excellent, safe location with easy access to a walking trail and the Peoria Heights restaurants/bars. Will definitely be back.

Host was great. Tv microwave and Keurig did not work. So no coffee in the morning and no way to catch weather or news

8/10. The host was amazing. Communication was top tier She made accommodations for my dog and even had doggie bags for when I took her for walks. The house was very clean. Parking was fine we only had one car. All the appliances in the kitchen worked. We were able to have a very nice home cooked meal.The only 2 cons that I have…1. No central air. Only an ac unit in the living room. It’s been in the 90’s all week so the living room was chilled but the other room was not. the host only had a ceiling fan and a plug in fan. We couldn’t sleep or nap in the room until the night time when it was cooled down. We mostly slept in the living room pullout couch.2. I was not a fan of the TV. It took awhile for apps to load and when we would change the channel it would be delayed for about 10 seconds and sometimes the TV would freeze. The bed in the room however was very comfortable. Nice and calm neighborhood.

As soon as we walked in the house we could smell how clean it was. It was just smelled fresh and the pictures were exactly what it was. We didnt ask about using the garage for parking. We were quite happy to have parking in the driveway beside the house. The bathroom has a great shower with super fluffy towels provided. The location was great too. Anything we wanted to do was just minutes to drive too and there were even some things within walking distance that we didnt do but still cool that it was there. We used the kitchen just a little bit and the oven and stove worked great. Overall we were extremely happy with out location and decision to stay here and would go again if we go to Peoria and recommend it to others.
