We love staying here. I gave it a 4 on cleanliness just because it could use a deep cleaning. But it is clean.

We stayed for a local disc golf tournament and this place was awesome! Everything was as advertised and the location was nice. The AC worked great even when it was super hot outside. We would totally stay again!

Rick is easy to work with and we were able to check in early. Location worked for us and the home was roomy enough for the four of us. Also the water in the fridge was great as were the soaps and shampoos in the bath/shower. The only 2 negatives were 1. There was no table in the smaller bedroom where you could put phone, book, whatever. 2. Some walls and doors were dirty and it kind of took away from enjoyment. Other than that, no complaints.

Comfortable beds, great location

The house was exactly what we needed as we visited Peoria this weekend for family events. Every event location we needed to be at was less than 15 minutes from the house. Comfortable beds, living room, and sitting area in the kitchen gave us privacy when needed.

Fabulous location

Great location near terrific restaurants, shopping and the zoo. The place had everythingvwe needed and clean. Rick was a great hist and so responsive.

Felt like Home

I was visiting my daughter for the weekend and also had family I was visiting. The property manager was very prompt in responding and making sure we were well taken care of! The home was clean, smelled amazing when we walked in!

Small oasis

This little cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house was warm and had everything we needed. The refrigerator had water, condiments if needed. I slept just as good as if I was sleeping in my own bed. Great place to stay.

Perfect for a Quick Home away from Home

The Interior was extremely clean, almost as if it was freshly remodeled. The kitchen was ready for use with permission to use dishes if needed. Neighborhood very quiet and easy to get to either downtown or other destinations within Peoria.

Got the job done

Overall the stay got the job done. 1 TV with literally no where to sit comfortably. Bathroom was kinda dirty. Had issues with internet password but host apologized and got the issue taken care of. This property would be best if you didn't have more than one child- not because it's not safe because it definitely was just small and not a lot for them to do. Did enjoy the super nice stove and fridge was stocked pretty well. Overall would stay again if it was just me and my husband

Very quiet neighbor. Used the park nearby. Had an issue that was quickly resolved. Comfortable and clean stay. Would stay there again.

Nice house and cozy backyard area. Well furnished. Only minor complaint was some of the surrounding area of the city wasn’t too great but not really a big factor.

We found this gem of a house on a whim. Clean house, quiet neighborhoood, great location close to good food and local shops. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definately stay here again if it's available in the future!!!

Enjoyable

We had a wonderful time staying here while visiting family and being here for the birth of my first grandchild. The hospital was so close along with shopping and restaurants. Great location. Host was awesome at communicating with us.

From the pictures I expected three beds, but the listing did clearly say only 2 bedrooms. We chose to leave early because the air freshener gave me a headache.
