Sleeping Arrangements (5 Bedrooms):
▪ First Floor:
৹Bedroom 1: King bed with a private bath (tub), ocean view porch, and Smart TV.
৹Bedroom 2: One twin bed and a bunk bed (full with twin over), with a Pack 'n Play in the closet. Shares a Jack-and-Jill bath (tub).
৹Bedroom 3: Queen bed with porch access and a Smart TV. Shares the Jack-and-Jill bath.
▪ Second Floor:
৹Bedroom 4: King bed with a private bath (soaking tub), private deck, and Smart TV.
▪Third Floor (Not serviced by elevator):
৹Bedroom 5: King bed and a pull-out queen sofa with a private bath (shower only), ocean view porch, and Smart TV.

Kitchen & Dining:
▪Fully equipped kitchen stocked with a crockpot, blender, griddle, waffle maker, and toaster.
▪ Coffee bar featuring both Keurig and drip coffee makers. We provide starter K-cups, tea, cream, and sugar.
▪Dining table seats 10, with additional bar seating for 4.
▪A high chair is available for little ones.
▪Starter supplies include 3 dishwasher pods, 3 trash bags, paper towels, and a sponge.

Pets-please let us know if your dog will be joining you!
▪2 dogs max, non-refundable pet deposit $150- no other animals due to allergies.
▪Dogs must be at least 1 year of age, house broken, up to date on required vaccines, be tick and flea free and taking current flea and tick prevention treatments. Must be placed in tenant provided kennel if left alone in the home
▪Required to be on a leash when outside

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, balconies, decks, and outdoor spaces. Check-in is simple and convenient with our keyless entry system. Your personalized access code will be provided just before your arrival for a seamless start to your vacation.

Other things to note
▪Security Deposit: A $300 security deposit will be collected prior to your arrival, will be returned 2 days following your stay if the home is left in good condition.

▪Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. It must be signed within 48 hours to retain your booking. This agreement includes house rules, guest responsibilities, and legal disclaimers for NC rental law compliance.

▪ Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, we have 3 exterior security cameras. Two cameras are installed in the carport area, monitoring exterior entries. The third camera is on the top deck facing the ocean to monitor weather conditions. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces and record video and sound when activated by motion.
