Pearl Beach B at Desert Color places you right on the shoreline with beach access and beautiful lagoon views throughout the home. Start your mornings overlooking the water, spend your afternoons on the beach, and return to comfortable gathering spaces designed for connection and relaxation. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this retreat is perfect for families and groups traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime simple, while the open living areas provide a welcoming space to unwind after a day in the sun. Grill dinner outside on the BBQ or head out on the included paddleboard for a paddle across the lagoon.

**Please note this unit is one of three adjoining residences with shared walls; however, each has its own private entrance for added privacy and convenience. The lagoon beach access gate for units B and C is shared and is accessible through Unit B’s patio. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful and courteous when using this shared access point.**

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
