Multiple people can move throughout the kitchen easily, using the large counter space to prepare meals and set out snacks for a hungry group. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a knife set, spice rack, refrigerator, microwave, stove, large sink, and dishwasher. The cabinets and drawers are full of utensils and dishes you'd expect to find in a luxury kitchen as well as a blender, an Instant Pot, and a toaster. Brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy it out by the patio every morning, or sit together at the formal dining room table for a family-style meal. As a guest here, you have the entire space to yourself. You can park right in two covered parking spaces, and you will be given a key code to access the front door lock. The house is stocked with laundry essentials and kitchen & bathroom basics to make you feel at home. The house has a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, dedicated laptop-friendly work areas, arcade, board games, and more.

Other things to note
The city of Scottsdale limits the number of occupants staying at a short-term vacation rental to 6 adults plus their related dependent children.

12-person maximum in the property (includes overnight guests and daytime visitors).

As a safety precaution and for security, there are Ring cameras at the front & rear doorbells as well as the gate. There are no cameras inside the home as we respect your privacy. There is also a noise monitoring device on the lower level to comply with local Scottsdale laws.
