Owner-Occupied Home

This home is the owner’s seasonal residence and is made available to guests during select times of the year. You may notice some personal items and décor throughout the home.



House Rules

Quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM. No events or loud music. Registered guests only; no visitors. Non-smoking property.

This is a three-level townhome with stairs.



Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval only.

Pre-Screening Required: Guests must provide pet breed, weight, and behavior details.

Allowed: 2 Pets max: Must be pre-approved, under 25 lbs, and off furniture.

Not Allowed: Cats or other pets

Pet Fee: $250 per pet non-refundable (invoiced separately on Airbnb if applicable)

Unauthorized pets will result in:

• A minimum $500 pet violation fee

• Plus any additional deep cleaning, damage, or remediation costs required



Departure

Checkout time must be followed unless arranged in advance to avoid fees.



Booking Policies

Guests must be 30+ or approved. Reservations with limited or low reviews may require approval.



Long-Term Stays

For stays of 30+ nights, an adjusted cleaning fee applies with scheduled cleanings. A refundable deposit is required and returned if the home is left in good condition.

Guests agree to all house rules, accept responsibility for personal safety and belongings, and allow maintenance access with notice.
