The Luau Pool will be closed the week of Monday April 27 as we undergo some concrete repairs to the waterfall. I expect we will also be taking this time to demo a large amount of landscaping/plant material around the pool deck in prep for the summer.

The Association apologizes for any inconvenience, but unfortunately this is out of our hands.

Just steps from your door, enjoy the seasonally heated lagoon-style pool featuring a swim-under grotto waterfall and tiki bar (open seasonally). Little ones will love the kiddie pool, while adults can relax in the hot tub or take the short stroll to the private beach access for a day on the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. Just outside of your building is the pool deck as well as a separate area for grilling and dining. Parking is free on a first come first serve basis in the attached garage. Wifi Included.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
