The master suite features a queen bed, with its own full bathroom. The adjoining studio suite includes a queen bed, sleeper sofa, private bath, and kitchenette, making it a perfect private retreat for extended family or additional guests.

Just steps from your door, enjoy the seasonally heated lagoon-style pool featuring a swim-under grotto waterfall and tiki bar (open seasonally). Little ones will love the kiddie pool, while adults can relax in the hot tub or take the short stroll to the private beach access for a day on the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. Just outside of your building is the pool deck as well as a separate area for grilling and dining. Parking is free on a first come first serve basis in the attached garage. Wifi Included.

No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart.
