- Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional $75 per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days.
- Parking: Driveway parking for six cars
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Family: Travel crib and high chair are available upon request
- Coffee: Keurig and standard drip coffee maker
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, snakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

Rules, Regulations, and Policies:
- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. Guest will be subject to processing fees for cancelations resulting from under age reservations.
- Pets allowed and must be approved prior to arrival with a $100 per pet cleaning fee and a deposit of $300.

- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. - A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.
