GENERAL RULES
It is mandatory to read the regulations before making a reservation.
Keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM.
Only registered guests and visitors (on the platform and notified to the host) will be allowed access.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as well as walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
A charge will apply for towels and/or sheets stained with makeup or other substances.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
In the case of service animals, documentation must be provided. Only small or medium-sized pets are allowed.
BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
All common areas must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damages.
Guests must maintain respectful behavior and attitude toward neighbors.
FINES
Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.
Damages and/or loss of bedding, furniture, or inventory: replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.
Extra cleaning due to excessive dirt, fabric spills, or smoking inside the unit: from $1,500 MXN.
Property damage: cost of materials + labor + blocked nights required for repairs.
Lost keys and/or access cards: replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.
Lost keys and/or access cards: a standard replacement fee of $500 MXN will apply.
Improper use of parking: from $1,500 MXN/day.
Leaving trash in inappropriate places: from $1,500 MXN.
