Justo enfrente del BAT, muy cerca del metro Hospital.

Cerca de Chepevera, Obispado, San Jerónimo y Mitras Sur.

Acceso al estacionamiento público:
- Se encuentran más de 10 cajones sobre la avenida Colón.
- Te puedes estacionar si hay algún cajón libre

Acceso al estacionamiento del edificio:
- Se encuentra solo un acceso en la esquina Colón-Artículo 123
- El acceso esta controlado por una caseta de seguridad
- Es necesario subir rampas para estacionarse en los cajones

Al edificio se ingresa con un QR de acceso por huésped, es necesario enviar la foto frontal de su identificación para poder generar el QR de acceso.

Excelente opción para transporte de ida y vuelta al
aeropuerto, así como para transporte durante su estancia.
Sujeto a disponibilidad y el costo depende de la distancia.

Por protocolo de seguridad y acceso del edificio, es necesario presentar identificación oficial de cada huésped, que coincida con los datos proporcionados por el chat de Airbnb al llegar al edificio.
General Airbnb Rules

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 PM. A fine will be imposed at the first warning.
3. Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be allowed access.
4. Parties and walking around outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning or replacement fee will apply.
6. A fee will be charged for towels and/or sheets if they get dirty, whether by makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. If any damage is observed to furniture and/or inventory, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the assigned parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The amenities rules must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards should be left in the place indicated by the host.
14. An additional fee will be charged if the electricity consumption exceeds the allowed limit.

General Building and Amenities Rules

1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. The rules of each amenity must be respected, which are indicated in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the listing photos.
3. BBQs and study rooms are not available to Airbnb guests.
4. Common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damages.

Fines

Due to the high cost of electricity, regular and responsible use in this house is 20 kWh per day. Please keep this in mind.
If consumption increases at the end of your stay, you will be charged a fee of $4.00 MXN (0.14 USD) per kWh on your bill.
