NO PARTIES OR VISITORS: We do not allow parties at the house or allow outside visitors (i.e. those not staying at the property as part of your reservation). Any person entering the property (regardless if they`re staying overnight, only stopping by, etc.) is considered a guest and is to be reflected in the total guest count. All guests are to be disclosed prior to the start of a stay. No unregistered guests or visitors at any time ($250 fee per person, per occurrence).
QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM: We live in a historic neighborhood, and it is very much a community. Accordingly, we ask that guests be considerate of our neighbors and their homes, in addition to ours. You MUST keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am. Noise can travel easily, and we are in regular communication with neighbors. We request guests be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours.

To ensure a comfortable and smooth stay for all guests, please take note of the following policies:
đč No Parties & No Smoking â Gatherings or parties are strictly not allowed. Any smoking or drug use, inside or around the property will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund.
đč Be Respectful of the Community â Our neighborhood is a close-knit and considerate space. Please keep noise levels low, especially during early mornings and late at night.
đč Guest Limit & Age Requirement â The property has a strict occupancy limit. Guests must be 25 years or older unless otherwise approved in advance. Families with children under 25 are always welcome. Any extra guests must be authorized before check-in.
đč Security Measures â For safety purposes, exterior security cameras are in place. Rest assured, no cameras are installed inside the home.
đč Pre-Stay Inspection â The property is thoroughly inspected before each check-in. If you notice any damage or issues upon arrival, please report them immediately.
đč Check-Out Policy â To maintain our cleaning schedule, unapproved late check-outs will incur additional charges.
đč Heating & Cooling Use â Please ensure all windows and doors remain closed when using the HVAC system.
đč Plumbing Guidelines â To avoid plumbing issues, only toilet paper should be flushedâno other materials.
đč Verification Process â In some cases, we may request additional proof of identity (such as a passport or driverâs license) and details regarding the nature of your stay, including work-related documentation.
