This home truly shines when it comes to location! Itâs a 3 min drive to historic Olde Town Arvada w/ restaurants, shops, & bars. Youâre 15 minutes to Downtown Denver, 15 min to Red Rocks, & 1 hour to Coloradoâs top ski areas. Located right off a major highway & 2 minutes to grocery stores. A/C in both bedrooms.
Enjoy full access to this private, fully updated, two-story townhouse designed for comfort and convenience. When you walk in, youâre greeted by an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen.
