Maison 1900 rénovée dans la vieille ville d'Arvada, à seulement 6 minutes à pied de la station de tramway Arvada ainsi que des bars et des restaurants. 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, planchers de bois partout sauf la nouvelle tuile dans la cuisine et tous les nouveaux appareils, fournaise et A / C.
Les chambres sont: reine en bas, twin et king à l'étage. C'est un animal de compagnie, c'est donc une cour entièrement clôturée et un patio pour s'asseoir et profiter.
Tous les draps et vaisselle sont inclus. WiFi, câble et climatisation aussi.

We loved our 4 day stay here and it’s a cute house and perfect location. We spent a lot of our downtime on the front porch! Great location to drive out to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Evergreen, Golden etc! And the town of Arvada is adorable!

Great location with proximity to downtown Denver and Red Rocks. The accommodations were perfect! I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Denver area. We’ll definitely stay again if we’re back in Denver.

Loved this place! Walking distance to Olde Town Arvada and the train, plenty of space beds/bath. Very workable kitchen and we all LOVED the fenced yard!

Your Next Rocky Mountain Adventure

We had the pleasure of spending a full month at this charming VRBO in Olde Town Arvada, and we truly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this peaceful, beautifully maintained property tucked into a historic and welcoming neighborhood.One of the biggest highlights was the location. We were within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in the area—we had endless great options just steps away. Olde Town Arvada has such a vibrant, walkable charm that made every outing a treat.We also loved how easy it was to access many different outdoor adventures. Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, Boulder, Lookout Mountain, Genesee Park and Rocky Mountain Arsenal just to name a few with a variety of scenic hiking trails were just a short drive away, perfect for weekend excursions or quick evening hikes. There were also so many wonderful local parks and green spaces along Ralston Creek within walking distance, perfect for a morning jog or an evening stroll. Back at the house, we made the most of the wonderful backyard. It was the perfect place to unwind with our dogs - ideal for grilling out and enjoying long, relaxing evenings. It quickly became one of our favorite spaces.Overall, this stay was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable for an extended stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Great location, clean and comfortable!

Short walk to downtown Arvada with a variety of dining options! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice fenced in yard. Cassandra, the host, was very quick to respond to inquiries. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location!

This cozy home was perfect for our family with three kids under 11! The weather was perfect so the backyard definitely came in handy with the playground and balcony. (The yard/house is absolutely ideal for a pet. I wish we would’ve brought our pup!) The property was fully equipped with more than what we needed. It’s well taken care of, clean, and comfortable. If you’re looking for a “walking” location, this is your spot; a minute walk to shops, eating, and entertainment! The only downside was the king bed was broken when we got there, so we weren’t able to sleep on it. It was so messed up that I’m sure they’ve replaced it by now. We will 100% be booking this same property when we go back to Colorado!

Halloween

This is a very nice, clean house with a gorgeous fenced yard with a playground. Everything was as advertised and the host was very fast to respond to any issues. There really wasn't many issues. All worked fine. Old town Arvada is really neat and it takes 2 minutes to walk there from this VRBO.

We had an amazing stay in this home. It was cozy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will book again in Cassandra’s home. She is a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Do. It pass up this house it’s in Old Town Arvada with great restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Great vintage house!

Our stay here was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was quiet, and only a block from the adorable downtown Arvada. Would absolutely recommend!
