This stylish and high-quality townhouse is located in a well-maintained, gated community and is a place to arrive and feel at home. Just about 15 minutes from the beach and close to downtown, it is ideal for guests who want to combine relaxation with the best of the Florida lifestyle.

The private garden patio invites you to start the day in a relaxed way or enjoy warm evenings outdoors — perfect for unwinding and savoring the moment.

As a guest, you have access to the community amenities, including a heated pool, a 24-hour gym, tennis and pickleball courts, and a barbecue area.

Inside, you’ll find a modern, thoughtfully designed interior with plenty of comfort, storage space, and a pleasant living atmosphere. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a closet, and its own bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle) provides everything you need for cozy meals. A smart TV, high-speed internet, as well as an in-home washer and dryer ensure a comfortable and convenient stay, even for longer visits.

For beach days, beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach bag are provided. For active moments, you’ll also find selected sports equipment such as a yoga mat. Fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo, and essential basics for the bathroom and kitchen are prepared so you can feel comfortable from the very first moment.


ACCESS FOR GUESTS
A private entrance with keyless access and a parking space directly in front of the house make your stay especially easy and enjoyable.

You have full access to the entire townhouse and the private outdoor area. Community amenities such as the pool, gym, tennis court, pickleball court, and BBQ area are also available for your use.


HOUSE RULES – Lakeside Haven

Our townhouse is located in a quiet, well-maintained community. Please read the following house rules carefully. By booking, you agree to comply with these rules.

Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 5:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted
- Complaints from neighbors may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund

Smoking & Pets
- Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, vaping, or hookah) is not permitted
- A fee of USD 800 will be charged for odor removal and special cleaning in case of violation
- Pets are not allowed

Guests
- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the property
- Unauthorized guests will be charged USD 150 per person per night
- The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old

Community & Amenities
- The pool, gym, and other shared amenities are managed by the community. Maintenance or temporary closures are beyond our control
- A fee of USD 100 will be charged for lost or unreturned gym keys

Cleaning & Damages
- The cleaning fee covers cleaning prior to your arrival
- Please dispose of trash and leave the property in an orderly condition
- Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee
- Guests are responsible for damaged, missing, or excessively soiled items, charged at replacement cost

Long-Term Stays
- A USD 250 security deposit is required for stays of 28 nights or longer

ADDITIONAL RELEVANT INFORMATION
You will receive the access codes for check-in (gate code and code for the front door) in a separate message two days before your arrival.
