Welcome to Windemere 1404, a bright and comfortable one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo perched on the 14th floor and sleeping up to six guests. This inviting Gulf front retreat offers beautiful views, a thoughtful layout, and all the essentials for a relaxing beach getaway.
The living room is filled with natural light from large sliding glass doors that open to your private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Itâs a perfect place to unwind, featuring a TV, comfortable seating, and a sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a dining table for enjoying meals together. The primary suite features a king bed and a private half bathroom, with convenient access to the full bathroom that includes a shower and tub combination. Twin over twin bunk beds tucked into the hallway provide extra sleeping space, making this unit ideal for families.
A washer and dryer in the unit add extra convenience, allowing you to pack light and enjoy a stress free stay. Windemere 1404 offers comfort, convenience, and stunning Gulf views, making it a wonderful choice for your next escape.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
