This was an amazing place to stay, with close access to the beach and a swimming pool on-site. The area is wonderful to explore, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The place was clean, and we had everything we needed to make the vacation a great week.

Short family getaway before school starts

We had a great time! The place is just a short walk from the beach and had a pool right out of our door! Being on the ground floor was awesome. We could just wheel our wagon straight to the porch and leave it for the next day. The property manager was quick with responses and very helpful. All around it was a fantastic place to stay!

Spectacular Week!

Wonderful condo. Bottom floor. Close to pool. Short walk to public access #1 to the beach. We will definitely stay at this condo again. We had a terrific week of calm Gulf. Friday, became a Red Flag day around 11am. We were happy to end our sunbathing by the pool.

Wonderful little unit!

Appliances were a bit dated, but worked well. tv was small and confusing to try to use so we didn’t. Internet kept going out. Only has a drip coffee maker. Literally only a short walk to the beach, ground floor so no stairs. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Had some trouble with the codes for the gates because they changed mid stay and we didn’t know until we couldn’t get in. Lots of books to read! Great spot for avid fishermen. Would love to stay again.

Highly Reccomend!

This place was perfect for my husband and I, but I could easily imagine a family of 4 here as well. The beach was right outside of the property, which we thought to be very convenient for bathroom trips. The pool was steps away from the our door. We felt very safe here since there is a locked gate surrounding the property. The property management company we dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. Theres nothing negative I can say about this stay, I would highly recommend!

Beach trip with the grandsons.

We spent a week at the property. It is close to everything, especially the beach. We also went to see the Blue Angels and the Lighthouse Museum. The historical section of Pensacola is also quite close and offers a lot to do for very little money. My 6 and 8 year old grandsons were entertained for the whole week. They loved the bunk beds and we (my daughter and myself) loved your condo. It was decorated nicely, and we liked the security features. We are looking forward to coming back.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was furnished adequately. I do wish it had a regular toaster instead of the toaster oven. The location was great and I loved being on the bottom level of the condo complex. Being so close to the pool was a plus also. I was not aware the beach access was the public access and that umbrella and chair service was not available. Luckily we did end up taking our own umbrella and chairs so it worked out iust fine. I would definitely come back.

Mother/Daughter getaway

Condo was very clean and well stocked for all our needs. So convenient to be so close to the pool. There were always available lounge chairs and Mel (who lives there) was a gem! Access to the beach was a very short walk and that was nice; but it was a bit annoying that you cannot utilize the beach in front of the adjoining condo--they claim it as 'their own' and keep anyone who is not a resident of that condo off of their section of the beach. This is no fault of this condo or property management firm; but does affect ones options on the beach.

First Visit to Area

My wife and I spent the month of February. We enjoyed the location, various activities, and close proximity to public beach access. The hot tub was lovely, and well-cared for. We used it every night. A longer-term rental might want to consider bringing their own (fitted) sheets for the king bed, and additional cleaning supplies. The kitchen cabinets are overstocked with dishware, pots and pans, leaving very little space to store food supplies. We found that the countertop appliances were not useful to our lifestyle and moved them to gain more work space. Overall we found the unit comfortable for two people, and would stay again.

Really like the place stayed here last year. But better consider a new cleaning crew. Floors were dirty and sandy. We had to use vacuum. Rugs were dirty had to shake them out. Bathroom tub had dust and dirt in it had to be rinsed out before use. Was a load of towel in the washing machine and weren’t dry.

Vacation 2023 Perdido Key

The condo is very nicely decorated. The couch needs to be replaced very uncomfortable. We did not use the sofa sleeper for sleeping, but really uncomfortable to set on. We had problems with the cable some days it wouldn’t come on. Did not know how to operate the air Fryer or the toaster oven? Would just as soon had a regular toaster. Needed more space to put food in cupboards. To many glasses and cups. The king bed was so comfortable. The bedroom needs a blackout curtain to much light coming through the one that’s there. The location is absolutely the best just a short walk to the beach. The pool was supposed to be heated, but wasn’t. We did enjoy our stay here the area is great!! We will return.

Comfortable place close to beach access

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a really convenient walk to the public access area of the beach. The residents of the building are friendly to guests and we're welcoming when we used the pool and hot tub, too. The condo has more than enough space and the bed was very comfortable.
