Every piece of furniture and decor was carefully chosen to reflect a bold, San Antonio-inspired color palette and vibe!

We are a call or text away. Our job is to make your stay as seamless and as easy as possible! We will be sharing our cell phone numbers with you so you will never be put on hold or not taken care of! We are also small business owners so we know the importance of customer service!

Our job as hosts, we believe, is to be fanatical about customer service. We are a family of 5 with 3 kiddos: 9, 7 and 4 yrs old (yes, we had a COVID baby) and when we travel with them, dear Lord, we know it is stressful! So, we make it our mission to ensure your stay is enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We are here if you need any suggestions of places to go with the kiddos (free or paid), help if you have any special requests (we will accommodate to the best of our abilities - we can’t get unicorns but we will surely try!) and anything else you may need.

We do like to emphasize however, we do NOT allow or condone any parties or events on our property. We love our amazing neighbors and they love us back and we work REALLY hard to keep it that way.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PARKING:
This property is located in the heart of San Antonio, so parking can be limited. The home accommodates 2 vehicles:

Garage: Fits 1 economy-sized car (compact only).
Carport: Fits 1 standard car or truck in front of the house.

❌ No commercial or oversized vehicles — they will not fit.
✅ Additional free street parking is available across the house on Labor Street, but due to the proximity to the Alamodome and Tower of the Americas, availability is not guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they park in permissible areas. We are not liable for towing or tickets.

This beautiful 3BR, 2.5BA two-story home is located in the highly desirable Lavaca District of Southtown—an upscale, historic neighborhood known for its charm, walkability, and proximity to everything that makes San Antonio unforgettable.

What makes this home so special? Step onto the balcony and you’ll be greeted by a direct view of the Tower of the Americas—just two blocks away! On New Year’s Eve, you’ll have front-row access to downtown fireworks right from your own home. From here, you’re just a short walk to bars, restaurants, the Alamodome, the Henry B. González Convention Center, King William District, and more.

The design of this house was thoughtfully curated to capture a true San Antonio feel. Across the home, you’ll find 14 custom wall art pieces, each sharing fun facts about the city and local culture. Every detail was selected to blend comfort, creativity, and local pride.
