We had an air conditioning issue and the property managers sent someone out within an hour. The house was perfect for our needs. Although the Kureg didnt work everything else was great and the managers responded quickly to every message. It was a great property!

Super clean house everything look brand new didn’t have any issues while staying there my family and friends liked it. I would recommend to anyone that wants to travel. Nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean. and he has everything you need a big fresh and extra fridge entertainment for the kids family friendly house.

The home was ideal for our extended family (7 adults & 2 kids). Check-in and check-out process was easy.There is one bedroom that is completely separate from the house, but it only has a half bath with no shower, which keeps it from being fully functional. We experienced an HVAC problem in part of the house, the property manager eventually had someone come out to fix it while we were there.The pool and backyard play structure were enjoyable for the family. There were several poolside chairs. The house was also well-stocked with pool towels, bath towels, toilet paper, and kitchenware. It's about a 20-minute drive to the strip. The neighborhood also offers lots of shopping and dining options.

The property itself was accommodating, size and amenities were fine. But people BEWARE! If you plan on using the pool, there are 24hr security cameras pointing directly at the pool and childrens play structure.If you value your privacy, and the privacy of your children I would recommend staying somewhere else. Shower drains were clogged and gross. The listing advertised a lockable gate, and it was unfortunately broken. There are outside wooden stools provided for patio seating, but were all broken and have screws protruding. The listing also advertised that a pool cleaner came once a week, on Tuesday, he showed up on Friday without warning while people were using the pool. Overall it was an interesting experience. I wish the gate would have locked like advertised, the area got sketchy at night. Lots of garbage and broken glass in front of the driveway.

This was the perfect Vegas home base for our group of 10.First off, the house was super clean and way more spacious than we expected. Everyone had room to spread out, which is rare when you’re traveling with a big group. The welcome basket was such a nice touch when we got there—definitely made us feel taken care of right away.The vibe of the house is everything—modern, updated, and actually looks like the photos (which you don’t always get). But the backyard? That was the real MVP. The pool area is beautiful and ended up being one of our favorite spots to hang out, chill, and just enjoy the Vegas weather.Location was also a huge win. It’s right in the middle of everything—super easy to get to the Strip (which we hit more than once), and Summerlin. Close enough to all the action, but far enough to come back and relax.Honestly, no complaints at all. If you’re coming to Vegas with a group and want a place that’s clean, and centrally located, this is it. Would 100% book again.

Such a beautiful and spacious home for our family of 12 to sleep comfortably and has plenty of bathrooms and towels for swimming. Would definitely come back again on the next Vegas trip

I rented this house for our whole family to attend my nephews high school graduation and I don’t think there could have been another property this amazing! It was huge and had enough beds for our large family with a massive living area and kitchen, enough for everyone to sit down and eat together. The location was excellent and an easy short drive to everywhere we needed to be. The pool and outside area was phenomenal for our outdoor bbq and swim celebration! It was so amazing and the hosts were super attentive and accommodating. A must for large families and celebrations.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO home! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Communication with Summer was excellent—she responded promptly and made sure all of our questions were answered. Reserving online was quick and easy.We rented the home for a graduation party, and it was perfect. The layout is spacious with 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a powder room. Check-in was simple with a code, and a binder provided all the essential information we needed.The home is beautiful and well-equipped. The kitchen is large and ideal for hosting, with a huge island, two ovens, stove, microwave, and plenty of cups, plates, and utensils. It also included extras like crock pots, rice cookers, warming trays, and baking sheets. The two refrigerators were a huge bonus for keeping drinks and food cold.Bathrooms were stocked with towels and hand soap, and having a washer and dryer with detergent was very convenient. There were also pool towels available.The beds were very comfortable. Two rooms have bunk beds with trundles, great for groups. There were extra blankets and sheets, and the sofa converts to a bed.The backyard is spacious and perfect for entertaining, with shaded patio areas, lighting, seating, and a playground for kids.Overall, there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!
