Safety Disclaimers:
Jumping or diving from the dock or into the water is not allowed. Fireworks are prohibited. Please follow posted spa guidelines. Children are welcome but the home is not childproofed. Adult supervision is required outdoors due to the unfenced waterfront deck.

Pet Friendly:
One dog is welcome with a $450 nonrefundable pet fee. If you plan to bring additional dogs, please message us in advance for approval. To help us maintain the home for all guests, pets are not permitted on furniture. Evidence of pets on furniture may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Hot Tub Policy:
If the hot tub requires additional cleaning or is not at maximum temperature within 24 hours of your check-in, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to address any issues promptly, compensation in these cases will be limited to a maximum of $50.
