The Space:
Crescent Butte Basecamp has everything you need for a comfortable stay near national parks, hiking, biking, and numerous ATV trail systems. Located on 10 acres on a corner lot with a pull through driveway, there is abundant space for your trucks, trailers, and toys. Surrounded by Juniper and Pine trees, with towering red rock buttes to the north, and expansive views to the south, you'll love the seclusion this property offers, as well as the convenience to Hwy 89 and all the amenities Kanab has to offer.
On one side of the house you'll find the primary bedroom which features a king-sized bed, large closet, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity.
On the other side of the house you'll find the other two guest bedrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen sized bed and large closet. Bedroom 3 is furnished with two twin beds and a small dresser. All of the beds in the house have bed frames with built in USB chargers.
The kitchen is furnished with cookware, dishes, cutlery, and utensils as well has new appliances, and the laundry room offers full capacty machines for guest use and convenience. The living room offers comfortable couches and a Smart TV.
Step onto the back porch and enjoy the use of the propane BBQ grill, or simply sit out and admire the painted skies of Southern Utah as the sun sets. In the front of the house, you'll find a propane firepit, the perfect spot to gather round the fire and tell stories as you stargaze to your heart's content. Hiking and ATV trail options are just a short distance away, as this home is located just 1 mile from Tilted Mesa trailhead, 1 mile from Johson Canyon ATV trails, and 4 miles from additonal trail systems. Located just a quarter mile off Hwy 89, access to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell is at your fingertips!

Located just 10 miles east of downtown Kanab with all of its dining and shopping options. Short, easy access off Hwy 89. Homes in this neighborhood are situated on large multi-acre parcels.
Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1.25 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away.
