Welcome to Powder to Surf, a beautiful 2BR/2BA beach cottage in the sought after west end 30A/Dune Allen area. This cottage is on the 30A bike path and is within steps of several beach accesses. Relax in the open concept Living / Dining / Kitchen areas. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped. Large windows bring in the Florida sunshine. Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather on one of the large front and back decks. Grill on the back deck. Hang-out on the downstairs entertainment area.

This is an amazing quiet place on 30A with Fully stocked kitchen and Laundry, Cozy Living Room w/SmartTV and WiFi.

Pedestrian / Bike Path (Timpoochee Trail) – The entrance to the neighborhood is bordered by a Pedestrian / Bike Path – stroll, ride or walk.

7-minute bike ride west to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

10-minute bike ride east to Gulf Place.

All of 30A is Golf Cart Friendly (golf carts must be street legal and are treated as a motor vehicle on a roadway). For more information see FLHSMV and Walton County LSV Laws.

We have a no smoking on the premises and no guest pet policy.

After booking you will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned within 24 hours or the reservation will be cancelled.
Minimum Age to Book Rental
All guests must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Guest must complete our On-line Check-in Form and sign a Rental Agreement that will be sent to our Guest upon booking. Guest must sign the Agreement within 24 hours to retain booking.

HVAC
To conserve energy, air conditioning should not be set below 72 degrees; heat should not be set higher than 68 degrees. The system is managed remotely.

If you prefer to open the windows please turn-off the system at the thermostat.

Beach Sand
To minimize the accumulation of sand inside the home, please remove sand on clothing and beach towels before entering the home. Take advantage of the outdoor shower in the breezeway to wash off sand on your body and beach items.

Laundry
Please use only HE detergent in washer.
Leave door and dispenser open after use of the washer. Clean lint filter in dryer after each load.

Damage
Guest is responsible for any damage to the property and contents caused by Guest or Guest’s guests. Damage will be charged to the Guest.

Linens and Towels
Please take care of Linens and Towels. We provide nice quality items for your comfort. Any misuse like wiping-off make-up on white towels by Guest will be charged to Guest. Make-up remover cloths are provided.

Liability
Host and/or it`s agents cannot be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, beach toys or other amenities provided to Guest.

Pet Policy
With the exception of Service Animals, pets are not allowed.

No Smoking
This is a No Smoking home.

Rental Agreement
A Rental Agreement will be sent to you for signature after booking. The Agreement must be returned within 24 hours or the reservation will be cancelled by Host.

Upon arrival, please review the posted notices on the backside of the entrance door. The poster provides State of Florida and Local County required notices and some House Rules.
