Great spot to relax

Great spot to stay. The perfect place for parents with small kids. We were right on the water with maybe a 50yrd walk to the sand. Also, close to all the places you need to visit during your trip (Rosemary, Alys, Big Chill etc). Will be a repeat guest for sure.

The best thing about this property is the proximity to the beautiful beach, its steps away! Location is good if not interested in the usual crowds on 30A The townhome was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Only thing it desperately needs is an update including a more efficient AC Overall we had a wonderful stay!

A view that can't be beat!

This property is just what my friend and I had hoped for! The accommodations were clean and well-stocked, and even with the chilly temperatures (30s-50s), we were very comfortable. Tiny details like soft blankets in the living room, extra pillows on the beds, awesome bikes in the carport, and folding beach chairs were so appreciated. The beach is stunning with its soft white sand, and the access gate was steps away from our carport. The sunset view could not be better, and we even saw dolphin swimming along the shore. While our February visit could have been warmer, our resting place was perfect for us!

Get Away on 30 A

We have been to these townhouses before but never in this unit, I would stay here again. The first night we discovered one of the fabs to get through the gate to the beach was not in our unit, I called the management company and they said they would work on replacing it but it never came (and we were not charged) This made the beach access a coordination effort on all of our parts. For the most part this was a great experience for whole group. The private beach was definitely such a positive (especially the weekend of the 4th of July) I would recommend this property!

Family vacation

Family trip with husband and 2 kids age 11 and 15. Our first time to Seagrove Beach area and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about our trip! The Walton Dunes townhomes was an amazing location! The private beach access was convenient and a must for this area!! Seriously it was a few short steps from our door and our beach area was never crowded compared to other areas. Thank you for providing the beach chairs and bikes! Loved being able to park right by the door and thankful for the outdoor shower area right under the townhouse as well. Kitchen was fully stocked. Condo size was perfect for us! My only complaint was the size of the master shower. We are tall (5’9” and 6’0”) and had to duck down to get in and out of shower. I also found it challenging to shave as it was a very narrow shower. Water pressure was excellent though! Lastly, the upstairs bedrooms were warmer than the rest of house but keeping window coverings closed and fans on did help. It might be helpful to provide boxed or oscillating fans for upstairs rooms. Overall, we enjoyed everything about our trip and cannot wait to revisit!

Location is fantastic. House needs a lot of work. We had a bug problem and house was HOT.

When I walked in to unpack the house was hot. I was unable to make house temperature what I like due to it being loved. It is three floors and where you sleep is on the top floor so air takes forever to cool the house. The kitchen had an ant infestation and they did not come out to the house to treat it for almost five days. We are not able to use the kitchen at all due to the hundreds of ants. The location is amazing ! I would say find another unit in this location but stay away from unit 4 unit updates have been made.

Nice little beach haven

Seagrove and 30A are all the things a family could want for a vacation: Lots to do, beautiful beaches and water, biking is best transportation and family friendly establishments and restaurants. It can however feel crowded. This townhome is a perfect place to be in reach of activities but feel quiet and relaxed ON THE BEACH. Being on a private beach on a dead end road is such a luxury. While we had neighbors we hardly knew it and made fast friends with another family. The place has wonderful views and is the perfect size for two kids and two adults. The townhome was fully furnished and felt like a little home. While we were there the whole complex was getting a new paint job and new balconies which will certainly make this place look as beautiful on the outside as it feels on the inside. While many new builds with fancy interiors are going up along 30a, this was a nice cottage-style place and we didn’t miss having any unnecessary things in the house because we were always out enjoying the beautiful area. The manager was helpful and kind in making adjustments for us since there was work being done on the building. We appreciate her quick responses and care for us while we were there. The beach equipment and towels that came with the townhouse saved us from having to haul more from home. We rented bikes and only used the car once. Great having the Old Florida Fish House and a coffee shop so close. We loved the place and hope to book again soon!!

Great Stay!

Our family of four enjoyed everything about our stay on 30a. The private beach access allowed us peaceful days on the beach. We did rent bikes and the kids enjoyed biking with friends from Rosemary to Seaside. Having a full kitchen allowed us to enjoy eating in, but when we did go out there were great restaurants close by. The property manager was very nice to work with and she went over all the details with us. No surprises and check in was super easy. We look forward to visiting 30a and Walton Dunes in the future.

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful place to stay to socially distance but bike to where you wanna go. We stay on 30a a lot and this was a great place. The condo has absolutely wonderful views, better than most of the multimillion dollar homes. We ate all our meals on the terrace and even saw dolphins swimming while we were eating. You can be from your condo to the beach within one minute. We rented bikes for our stay and rode our bikes to watercolor, seaside and Rosemary beach. We have a 4 and 6 yo my husband pulled on a weehoo behind his bike. So fun. The condo has 2 fights of stairs perfect for us but may be difficult for people w mobility issues. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner is set to only go down to 68 which would prevent me from renting in the summer. Lots of pots and pans for cooking. We brought our roku which was great for downstairs but upstairs TVs only have basic cable. Debi was quick and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay her again

Nice place. Spacious, clean, nice location and we enjoyed our stay overall. Even though its not right on the beach like other places beach access was relatively easy. We experienced lots of noise from work crews pressure washing next door driveway on Sunday morning and carpet cleaning crew made a lot of noise on Monday morning during cleaning of the next door unit. Seems like a lot more paperwork and stuff to sign and read beforehand compared to other places I've stayed.

Perfect Location

Perfect place for our family vacation. Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect with small children going to the beach. The only suggestion we have is to replace all the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. Other than that we were really happy. Buddy's Seafood Market and Bruno's Pizza were a big hit along with The Great Southern Cafe (we ate there 3x).
