Beautiful view of the gulf. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Did have some issues with a couple of outlets, but overall a good condo I’d go to again.

This was the perfect place to spend our 7-day spring break with our kids. The beach view is amazing and heated pools and hot tub on property were a nice change of pace for the kids. The owner clearly communicated everything with us before, during and after our stay. Just book it!

Very clean and perfect location. The view was amazing as we saw dolphins in the morning. Great communication. Had a question and received a response back in less than 15 minutes. We are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for an amazing 20th anniversary trip.

Beach Rental

This condo is a gem. Amazing location and a beautiful view of the beach. We had easy access to both the beach and tram to Baytown Warf shops and dining. Check in was a breeze and the rental staff was amazing.

On the beach, condo has a great view of the gulf. Place was clean and comfortable. Love the Sandestin resort and all it has to offer. Great place to walk, jog, or bike...especially if you take the tunnel to the other side of resort. Village of Baytowne Wharf also a fun place.

Great beach/water views. Easy check in/check out. Condo was spacious and kitchen well stocked.Just a suggestion to have the barn door on the primary bathroom repaired-would not stay closed. And maybe another blanket available.

Great place close to beach

This property was a great place for our family of six to stay. There was plenty of room for the four adults in the bedrooms and the children on the sleeper sofa. The kitchen was nice with new appliances. It was super close to the beach and to a solid dining option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Trip!

The condo was absolutely amazing from the great view of the gulf from the balcony and the master bedroom. I knew the pool was under construction ahead of time but can’t wait to be back once it’s completed. Location is also close to everything so convenience factor was excellent! All main amenities were provided and building manager was always quick to respond.

The stay was nice, the furnishes was nice, the view nice. However, it would have been nice to have the codes to get into the area, the building, the beach, etc.

Relaxing Visit

Our vacation here was very relaxing. Our room was super clean. The whole building was nice and clean. Always someone doing cleaning or tiding on first floor. Great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was awesome, everything we expected based on the listing. Excellent view. The furniture was in good condition. Kitchen was well equipped. The property was well maintained. We highly recommend the unit. Suggestions: couldn’t hurt to add door and drawer pulls in the kitchen. Check to see that all electrical plugs are working.
