Three bedroom townhouse with excellent ski access. Beautifully furnished with a private hot tub, large walk-in shower, private sauna and a BBQ on the deck. Gas fireplaces in living room & master bedroom create a cozy place to relax after a day on the slopes. The vaulted ceilings and open plan design create a spacious feeling as soon as you enter the house, with lots of windows straight ahead providing plenty of light, and views of the valley. A gas fireplace brings a cozy feeling to the living room. Through the glass sliding door, you can access the private balcony, with hot tub and BBQ -- a great place to sit and relax after a day on the slopes and to admire the view. The sauna has space for several guests and is another great place to relax and warm up after a hard day. In the hallway, there is a laundry alcove, with modern stacked washer/dryer. The private garage has space for 1 car, there is an additional parking pass for 1 extra outdoor space on a first come/first serve basis. BIG WHITE is a registered trademark owned by Big White Ski Resort Ltd. or the BIG WHITE brand.

Amazing stay

The property was very spacious, clean and offered great amenities. The sauna was a nice addition after a long day on the slopes. We would definitely consider coming back.

Loved the place. Hot tub was awesome. Great location. Had some issues with not being able to get trash bags, but that was it. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Booked this place just for my wife and myself despite it having 3 bedrooms because it was great value for a ski-in/ski-out with a private hot tub and sauna. Had a great time.

Pre Christmas family time

We had a great time at Big White! The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was especially nice to have three full sized beds. And the Sauna was the best part!

Great Accommodations!

We liked that it was a short distance to the ski area and chair lift from the unit. We appreciated the hot tub after a day of skiing and the view was stunning. The dry sauna was perfect for 2 to 4 people. We had some trouble with the access code getting in the front door upon arrival. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay in this very clean and well looked after unit.

Was spacious and comfortable. We had a fun time. Was a great area to stay. Quiet. On the surface all clean but it really does need a thorough cleaning from the pots to the light fixtures.

Cozy stay

we had a great visit to Big White. The accommodations were as described, well stocked kitchen, cozy "living room" with the fireplace on and of course the hot tub was lovely after skiing all day. It's a bit of a walk to the village but we took the shuttle down which is so convenient. to ski out, you just walk out of the complex and down the road and then can ski back even closer to the complex at the end of the day. I think it is important to know we were just able to fit our Hyundai Palisade with our Thule on top into the garage but it was touch and go at one point. Overall, great stay.

Best VRBO ever

Treetop 15 was by far the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in many. The place is absolutely beautiful and had all the supplies/amenities one could ask for including a hot tub and sauna. There were some issues with things not being hooked up but as soon as I reached out to the property manager those things were immediately fixed and we learned it was due to flooring being replaced. The property management is also top notch and exceeded any managers I have dealt with elsewhere. I would stay here again over and over. Thank You for a wonderful weekend in the mountains.

Great location and set up

Well laid out property. Loved the hot tub, great selection of board games, great the entire condo is one level. Free shuttle right outside otherwise a 10 minute walk to the village. A great stay. A bit tired though, furniture worn and some bedding(valences) were torn, some lights wouldn’t turn on, the bedrooms excluding the master were particularly dark. Light bulbs need replacing in some places. Vacasa were prompt to address minor issues for us.

That said, we apologize for any areas you found in need of some TLC and our local manager assured us that the torn bed skirt has been replaced. Additionally, they will assess the lightbulbs in the bedrooms and have scheduled an electrician to check on the lights that aren't working. Absolutely perfect

We had an amazing time staying at this property in Tree Tops. The property is exactly as advertised. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed, having 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) made it so easy for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub which was serviced every 2 days. The property manager was extremely responsive and nothing was too much trouble. It was a true ski in/ski out. About 15 metres from the front door to the slopes. And there was a shuttle bus at the end of the street that ran every 30 minutes to head into the village without skis. We could have stayed for weeks! This is a no regrets stay.

Short walk to mogul track to ski in and out. Staff at RentChalets were very helpful with small details like supplying laundry detergent and arranging for early check in. Would be helpful to have some more spices on hand for meal prep. BBQ worked well.

Mid Winter Break with the Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, organized and comfortable and there were no surprises. Access to/from the slopes was easy. The management crew shoveled snow and kept it cleared as needed. The place had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The shuttle stop was a 2 minute walk which made it easy to get to the village. We used the saunas daily. We would recommend this place to our friends and family and plan to be back next year.

Fisher Ski Trip

The location is fantastic and the unit is beautiful. The beds are not as described in the listing, there are not two queen size beds. The room with the kids gaming console is a double which was difficult for us. My son and husband are over 6'4, my daughter's boyfriend is 6'2 and my daughter is 5'10. My daughters boyfriend's feet hung off the end of the bed and they both had a difficult time sleeping, that bed is too small for two adults. The unit could also use a deeper clean, we did have to do some cleaning when we first arrived. All in all we had a wonderful time it's just unfortunate the sleeping arrangements weren't as described in the listing.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property management company never answered my phone calls nor did they return my messages. I got more help from the hot tub guy. Great place but would seem to not be a great management company. I believe they are out of the states? Vacasa? All we wanted to know was if we could get an early check in and a late check out. Seeing as no one was in before or after us. Will try to avoid booking thru this management company again.

Hi Rod, Although Vacasa are based in the States, we have a local team from BC working hard in Big White. Unfortunately it seems we have had some issues with the phone system that we are ironing out. Amazing location!

This was a very lovely property. The space was clean and well decorated. The hot tub and view were second to none and made for an enjoyable end to fun day on the slopes. The personal sauna was a nice touch, too!The communication prior to our arrival was not that great. I sent an email asking about the amenities the day before we arrived that went unanswered. There was also an issue with my reservation not being verified? I had to call Vacasa and the agent was able to get sort it out. She was very nice to speak with. Once we checked in for our stay the communication was prompt and helpful.The property did have a BBQ as advertised but it was in rough shape and the propane ran out while we were using it on our second last night. There was a back up tank but it was also empty. That was a bummer. The local Vacasa office called to have it corrected but it was the last night of our stay and we no longer needed it.Overall this is a great location with many amenities to make you stay memorable. You won't be disappointed!

Great Stay for Christmas 2021

We had a great stay here. The location was great for ski-in/ski-out. Hot tub was well maintained and clean. Beds were comfy. All in all a great trip!
