The property has 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and accommodations for 10 beach loving guests.

The first floor offers a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed with a bonus roll out twin trundle underneath. An attached bonus room includes a large king-size bed with a full bath attached. A convenient laundry area and half bath is also provided between both rooms. The second floor offers a full family room with gulf views, full kitchen, dining room, and a half bath powder room. Head upstairs to the third floor to the primary bedroom with a king size bed, a full bath, and glorious gulf views. Another guest room is on this level with a queen-size bed and an attached tub-shower combination.
