One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, with a desk and an ample closet with hangers. The other bedroom has a queen bed, a large dresser, and a closet with sliding mirror doors. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds, with high-quality memory foam mattresses, and the spacious bathroom has a tile shower.

We also provide free WiFi and a smart TV. You’ll be able to access any of your streaming accounts. Parking for two cars, trash and recycle service included.

Quiet central neighborhood located at the base of the foothills and close to everything! Walking distance to the Rillito River Park loop (bike/walking path around the entire city of Tucson), Rio Vista Park, Winterhaven (holiday attraction during winter months), Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club. Walking distance or short drive to supermarket and restaurants. U of A is about 3 miles away. Right on the bus line, too!
