Cascade Lodge is perfectly situated at the gateway to Whistler Village, with the free local shuttle bus stopping directly in front of the lodge and the ski lifts less than a half-mile walk away. While many make their way to Whistler for the prime winter skiing, there's plenty of fun to be had in warm weather as well. Visit some of the local lakes, including Alta Lake to the west and Green Lake to the north, where you can picnic, swim, fish, or head out on the water in a canoe, kayak, or boat. For the ultimate thrill, race across the treetops suspended from a zipline with Ziptrek Encounters (home to one of the longest ziplines in North America), just a little over half a mile from your door.
