We are pleased to offer our Hollywood Hills loft as a unique rental opportunity for those seeking a refined, design-forward retreat in the heart of Los Angeles.

The space
Nestled in the hills above historic Beachwood Canyon, the loft occupies a classic 1950s California Modern post-and-beam structure. Thoughtfully renovated, the property balances mid century character with contemporary comfort. The 950SF space, complemented by a 265SF view deck, is furnished with curated vintage designer pieces.
The main living area creates a welcoming environment to relax and unwind, with generous seating and an essential Southern California vibe with a seamless flow between indoor-outdoor living â ideal for both quiet evenings and intimate gatherings.
The gourmet kitchen is fully appointed for those who enjoy cooking, offering quality appliances, ample counter space, and all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals with ease.
The queen-sized bedroom serves as a tranquil retreat, featuring a comfortable bed and a serene atmosphere. A separate study, complete with a daybed, provides additional sleeping accommodations or a comfortable workspace for reading or remote work.
The spa-inspired bathroom includes a shower and a separate deep soaking tub and peaceful views of Griffith Park, creating a calming space to recharge after a day out in the city.
Outdoors, the private deck showcases sweeping skyline views stretching from Downtown Los Angeles to the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory, an exceptional setting to both sunrise and moonrise , and city lights.
