Sugar Palm Vacation Rentals is a local Destin company and we take great measures to ensure every aspect of the home and your stay is as perfect as can be. We make sure this home is clean, well-maintained and ready for you to enjoy. Unlike other hosts, who may be hundreds of miles away, our office is right here in the neighborhood – so if anything breaks down while you're staying, our staff is close by to take care of it! We're happy to answer any questions before you book and we're available during your stay.

An ideal home for 4-5 couples or 2-3 families with children - we sleep up to 10 people.

As our guest, you'll enjoy PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you each day of your stay. It's a hassle-free beach experience - enjoy the beach in this separate area, away from the public beach crowds! Your entire group can also set up other chairs behind the rental chairs in this private beach area. You can rent additional chairs/umbrellas, as available. (March-October 2025)

Enjoy a one-of-a-kind beach vacation in this beautifully remodeled one-story beach cottage. This spacious home sleeps up to 10 guests in luxurious comfort with FOUR KING bedrooms and a QUEEN Murphy bed. The home and separate Carriage House surround the large private pool and spacious outdoor areas - creating an inviting stone courtyard - great for relaxing days by the pool and outdoor dining and entertaining. It's like being in your own private resort.

MAIN HOUSE:
You'll appreciate the thoughtful design and attention to detail throughout this home, which features a gorgeous open living area with shiplap walls and beamed ceilings. The space centers around the whitewashed brick gas fireplace which is available for guests to use in cooler months. Make yourself comfortable on the large leather sectional and chairs to enjoy your favorite programs on the 50-inch Smart TV.

The remodeled kitchen is simply stunning - featuring a farmhouse sink, leathered granite counters, and stainless appliances - even a wine fridge. You'll find professional cookware, beautiful new bone china, and carefully selected flatware, utensils and plenty of glassware. There's a toaster, blender and a new Bonavita Coffee Maker in the main house, plus a Keurig in the carriage house. An additional refrigerator in the garage is helpful when you're serving a crowd! The open dining area seats up to 8, with room for 3 more at the kitchen island.

BEDROOM #1 - King Bedroom Suite
This is a spacious bedroom with beautiful hardwood floors and direct access to the private pool through French doors. Featuring an elegant KING BED and bedside tables with pendant lights, this room has additional space to relax with a stylish bench and a comfortable chair. You'll have your own flat screen TV too. Custom draperies let you close off the sleeping area for additional privacy from the door to the pool.

Bathroom #1 - Ensuite to King Bedroom Suite
This well-appointed full bathroom features a double vanity with individual mirrors, commode, and beautiful walk-in tile shower.

BEDROOM #2 - King Bedroom with shared bathroom
This bedroom features a KING BED, beautiful hardwood floors and a beamed ceiling. There are two bedside tables with storage and pendant lighting. You'll appreciate your own Smart TV in this space too. Guests share the full bathroom with Bedroom # 3 guests.

This bedroom also features a KING BED, beautiful hardwood floors and a beamed ceiling. There's a Smart TV here so you can enjoy your favorite programs. Guests share the full bathroom with Bedroom # 3 guests.

Shared by guests in the King Bedrooms, this well-appointed bathroom features a single vanity, commode and tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM #4 - King Bedroom with Murphy Bed and ensuite bathroom
The beautifully updated poolside Carriage House offers luxury and privacy with a KING BED and a QUEEN MURPHY BED. We chose this Murphy Bed for our guests because it has a real bed mattress (not like a folding sleeper sofa.) Best of all, you can just step out to the pool and courtyard. It's a perfect spot for couples or even a small family.

There's a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, sink and mini-fridge. And to complete this beautiful space - your own private ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom #3 - Full Bathroom - Carriage House
It's a private ensuite for Carriage House guests - and so convenient when you're spending time by the pool. This bathroom features a large vanity, commode and beautiful walk-in shower.

PRIVATE POOL AND OUTDOOR SPACE:
The private pool is one of the largest in the area -- it's 15' x 31' and surrounded by an expansive stone patio with plenty of seating options. You can lounge by the pool, or find a shady covered spot to read or enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table. With access from the main house and the carriage house - this space is the perfect gathering spot for your group and the extra tall fence makes it even more private. Home exits to the pool have safety alarms, and pool heat is available for an extra fee.

Grill Masters will appreciate the large built-in grill with extra prep area. It's natural gas - so no running out of propane in the middle of grilling. The covered dining area is perfect for enjoying meals poolside. There's also a separate fenced grass lawn -- a great place for children or dogs to play!

PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly and welcome your dogs in our home. There is a $300 per dog extra fee and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner.

GREAT BEACH LOCATION
Destin has the most amazing white sand beaches and the nearest public beach access is just a block away at Pompano Street! We provide a cart with beach chairs and an umbrella, so you can roll your gear to the beach with ease. This home is in the heart of Crystal Beach, a quiet, walkable neighborhood with white picket fences and easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities in Destin. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go parasailing in the area. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”!

🚗 Optional Golf Cart Rental Available!
Make getting around even easier during your stay. Golf carts can be rented for as little as 2 days or for the full week, and will be delivered directly to the property—ready for you upon arrival.
Please note: renter must have a valid driver's license and active auto insurance to operate the golf cart.

OFF-STREET PARKING
There's a 3-car garage and a large driveway. The home can accommodate up to 8 vehicles, depending on size. There is no on-street parking allowed in Destin.

🏡 House Rules for Keystone Sea Ranch
Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Max 10 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay for the full trip.
Pets: Dog-friendly with prior approval and $300 pet fee per dog. Limit 1–2 dogs. No other pets allowed.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or carriage house.
Parking: Up to 8 vehicles allowed (depending on size). Use driveway and garage only. No street parking.
Private Beach Access: Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily (March–October). Additional rentals available.
Golf Cart Use: Complimentary beach cart provided. Please treat it with care.
Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. No glass near the pool. Pool heating available for an extra fee.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Place used towels in the laundry area before departure.
Outdoor Spaces: Respect outdoor furniture, and clean the gas grill after use.
Trash: Bag all trash and place it in outdoor bins before checkout.
