Location, location, location! This spacious, high-ceilinged 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, full kitchen condo is in the Plaza at Ocean Club West in the heart of Grace Bay. Award winning, world famous Grace Bay beach is known for its stunning crystal clear turquoise water, soft white sand, with no rocks, and calm waters.
If convenience and walkability is your goal, it is a one minute walk to the Spa, fitness center, and lighted tennis courts, with only 2 more minutes to the beach and free form pool.

The space
The condo includes a master Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a double twin bedroom (that can be converted into a queen bed if requested) with ensuite bathroom. A third half bathroom is located off the main lounge. An additional cot is available to fit into the bedroom, or a pull out couch in the lounge. A full kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and large refrigerator opens into a spacious open plan living area with breakfast bar, dining table, and couches. Secure Wi-Fi, flat screen tv with cable television, air conditioning, and washer dryer are all included. We provide a starter pack of essentials while you get settled in.
Our property manager Avianne is lives about 20-40mins away but is available while you are there.

Other things to note
Addendum: please be aware that a significant discount is offered on our nightly rate from late August to early October 2026 while the adjoining resort undergoes repairs. During that period, all amenities in the flat will be available and you will have full access to the beach not through the Resort as it will be hazardous while renovations ring completed at that property. No access to the beach can be via areas under repairs at the Resort & Guests of The Plaza are asked to use public access areas in order to use the beach. The resort being closed means there will be no beach chairs, pools ,gym, tennis court access or restaurants at the resort.
As you are on the Grace Bay Strip- there are numerous access to other eateries.
