Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great stay. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and pool table were all awesome. We saw a bear almost every day! There were a few things that need attention. The home theater door was very hard to open. A couple of the TV remotes didn’t work properly.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice. However, there were some issues. The WiFi password was not displayed and you needed to log into the internet for the password. This was not possible because of the poor cell service in the area. The kitchen was poorly stocked. There were only two stainless pans and no non-stick or cast iron. That made cooking and cleaning more of a chore. The TV remotes for the theater and the hot tub were both broken. And, the listing advertised cable TV. That's not accurate. You need to log into your own streaming service to watch anything.

The WiFi information should be clearly displayed inside the cabin, and it is also included in the check-in instructions emailed prior to your arrival. We'll investigate to ensure the sign is made visible for guests. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We're also sorry to hear about the issues with the theater and hot tub remotes. We wish you had let us know while you were here, as our team would have been happy to quickly replace or repair them so you could fully enjoy those amenities. Regarding the kitchen, the home is equipped with a full set of stainless steel cookware. We do not provide cast iron cookware because it can damage the glass cooktops, and we avoid non-stick cookware since it tends to wear out quickly in a vacation rental setting. Stainless steel cookware provides the best durability for all of our guests. Thank you again for your comments. Guest feedback helps us improve. We hope your next visit meets your expectations.
