Awesome views and a sparkling clean cabin—that's a combination we love hearing about! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay, and we hope to have you back to soak up those beautiful Smoky Mountain views on another great getaway!

When three nights just aren't enough, we'd say the cabin did its job! We love hearing that you'd come back, and hopefully next time your schedule will allow a few extra days to enjoy all those amenities you didn't quite get to. We'd love to have you back for a longer getaway, with plenty of time to enjoy every last bit of it!

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home's location and amenities and that the layout worked so well for your group. Thank you for your kind recommendation and for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back for another unforgettable getaway!

Sometimes the best vacation is the one where you don't have to leave the house! We're so glad you enjoyed all the water fun and time in the game room. It sounds like the perfect place to relax, play, and enjoy time together. We hope your next getaway is just as much fun!

We're glad the home was such a great fit for your group and that you enjoyed the game room, hot tub, sauna, and the convenience of having the outdoor pool just steps away! The indoor pool is maintained at approximately 81 degrees, which we understand can feel cooler than some guests prefer. We're sorry it wasn't quite to your liking, but we're happy you had the outdoor pool to enjoy as well. We hope your next Smoky Mountain getaway is just as much fun!

“It sounds like Almost Heaven truly lived up to its name! Dinner on the back porch by the fireplace, beautiful views, both pools and the hot tub—and even a mama bear with three cubs—you definitely got the full Smoky Mountain experience! Hearing that you didn't want to leave is one of the best compliments we could receive. We hope to welcome you back to Almost Heaven for another heavenly getaway!”

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the home's peaceful location while still being just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. It's great to know the amenities kept everyone entertained on the rainy days and that the open-concept living space made it easy for your group to cook, gather, and spend time together. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies. We provide a starter supply of essentials, and we're glad the nearby grocery store made it easy to pick up any additional items needed during your stay. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back for another great Smoky Mountain getaway soon!

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. Seeing a black bear can certainly be an exciting—and sometimes unexpected—part of visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. While bear sightings are not uncommon in the area, we understand that having one visit so close can bring out the protective instincts, especially when traveling with children and pets. We always encourage guests to remain wildlife-aware, keep a safe distance, and avoid leaving food or scented items outdoors. Fortunately, black bears are typically interested in easy food sources rather than people, but we encourage all guests to be aware of their surroundings and to give bears the right of way. Most often, they are simply passing through and do not linger for long. Thank you again for your feedback. We certainly understand wildlife encounters are not everyone's favorite part of the mountain experience. Bear activity tends to be lower during the late fall and winter months, making those seasons a great option for guests who would like to enjoy the beauty of the mountains with a reduced chance of wildlife encounters. We hope your next visit exceeds all expectations!

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and would stay with us again. We hope to see you soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We're so glad to hear that, despite the rainy weather, you still had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the home's cleanliness, convenient location, pool, and, of course, the unforgettable bear sightings! We sincerely apologize for the roof leak you experienced during your visit. We appreciate you letting us know right away, and we're glad our maintenance team was able to respond promptly.
