The Neighborhood:

This is a fantastic neighbourhood as it's nice and quiet (with local parks half a block away) but also very central with easy access to all the things that make this part of the world great.



Metrotown is minutes away, and downtown is a short train-ride away. At the same time, you can reach Deer Lake, the Quay in New West, or Central park just as easily.

Getting Around:

Easy by car, transit, or rideshare. Metrotown and the SkyTrain are a short drive away, making Downtown Vancouver a straightforward ride. Driving? You’ve got quick connections to Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and major routes. Plenty of great walks nearby too—parks and trails are close enough for a morning stroll or post-dinner wander.
