Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living area with 65 inch smart tv, reclining in the TV room/3rd bedroom, or lounging by the pool with its outdoor 65 inch smart tv + 2 recliners and 4 swivel chairs , or grilling and enjoying the private table & 6 chair outdoor dining space, this wonderful home has you covered with everything you will need as it is our primary residence. Entire property completely rebuilt in last 2 years so everything is like new. Open design and lots of natural light and ceiling fans in all rooms. Both bathrooms with rain shower heads. Centrally located only blocks from public transportation and a 5 min drive to Dallas railway at White Rock station with access to downtown and DFW. Blocks to supermarket, hardware store, multiple restaurants and coffee shops so easily walked. Driving times - 40 min to ATT stadium for FIFA games, 30 min to DFW, 25 min to Love Field airport, 20 min to central downtown Dallas, 20 min to AA Center, 50 min to Fort Worth stockyards.
