Paradise Road sits in a quiet residential pocket of Mt. Crested Butte just minutes from the resort base. You get open mountain views, low traffic, and a peaceful alpine setting while staying close to the action. Walk to the lifts in about 10 to 15 minutes or use the free local shuttle for quick rides around the base area. The neighborhood features a mix of mountain homes and small guest units, with easy access to Gothic Road trails for skiing, biking, and hiking, plus nearby dining and shops. Ideal if you want privacy and calm with fast resort access.

Welcome to A Peace of Paradise, your mountain base camp in Crested Butte. Tucked along Paradise Road with open views and quick access to the resort, this private loft-style one-bedroom apartment offers a calm, comfortable place to land after a full day on the mountain.

Pets are part of the travel crew here, and they’re welcome to settle in too. The apartment includes a few extra touches to help them feel at home, including a pet bed, bowls, and an outdoor waste bag station. If your plans take you somewhere pets cannot join, our host, Alpenglow Elevated, can coordinate local pet sitting or dog walking support.

This is an ADU, which means a private apartment with its own entrance attached to the main home. It is fully self-contained and set up for guests who want both convenience and a quiet retreat. The entrance is upstairs above the garage, reached by an exterior stairway.

After skiing, riding, or hiking, settle into the private hot tub on the deck and watch the light move across the peaks. Mornings start slower here with mountain air and coffee. Evenings end warm and relaxed with the fireplace on and snow outside the windows.

Getting to the lifts and trails is easy. The Crested Butte Resort is about a 10-to-15-minute walk away. You also have access to FirstTracks, a free on-demand local shuttle you book by app for quick rides to the resort and around Mt. Crested Butte. If you prefer to drive, the base area and the Gothic Road trail corridor are only a few minutes away for skiing, biking, and hiking access.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area, and space to spread out. The sleeping area is in an open loft with a queen bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests. The full bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, perfect after a long day outside.

Parking (up to two vehicles) is available on site in the driveway near the garage for guest vehicles.

The home sits at about 10,000 feet above sea level, so expect true alpine conditions, bright sun, and cool mountain nights.
